Harris Garden Apartments

In December of 2007, Westgate Management Company experienced a fire at the Harris Garden Apartments in Uniontown, PA. A longstanding client of ServiceMaster by Mistick, Westgate Management promptly contacted the ServiceMaster team allowing for quick evaluation and response to mitigating any further damage

The fire started in the basement level of the three floor building. A total of 24 apartment homes were affected. Additionally, six storage/laundry rooms and the common halls and stairwells also received smoke damage. ServiceMaster by Mistick was brought in to handle the cleaning, deodorization, demolition and clean up of all the public spaces following the fire loss and worked as quickly as possible to help restore the apartment homes.

Along with the management company, ServiceMaster by Mistick participated in a tenant meeting to explain the restoration process and suggest cleaning techniques that they could perform on their contents. Through the information shared at the meeting and talking with the residents at this time, ServiceMaster by Mistick was also contracted by several tenants to clean their apartments and personal belongings.
